1. About our service

Smile Advisor Albania provides independent advice and coordination for patients considering dental treatment in Albania. We help you understand your options, prepare a treatment plan, receive a quote and arrange travel logistics. We do not employ dentists and we do not provide medical or dental treatment.

2. No medical advice

Information on this website and provided by our advisors is for general guidance only. It does not replace a professional dental examination, diagnosis or treatment plan. Any clinical decisions are made by the partner clinic after an in-person or remote assessment.

3. Partner clinic relationship

We work with a selected partner dental clinic in Albania. When you choose to proceed, you enter into a direct patient relationship with that clinic for clinical services. The clinic is responsible for the quality, safety and outcomes of all dental treatment.

4. Quotes and payments

Quotes provided through our service are based on the information and records you share. Final pricing is confirmed by the partner clinic after a clinical evaluation. Treatment deposits and payments are handled directly with the clinic unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Bookings and cancellations

We help coordinate appointment dates and travel arrangements. Cancellations or changes must be communicated as soon as possible. Any cancellation fees charged by the clinic, hotel or airline are your responsibility unless the clinic's own policy states otherwise.

6. Travel and accommodation

Where we assist with flights, accommodation or transfers, we act as a coordinator, not a travel agency or tour operator. We recommend that you hold adequate travel and medical insurance for your trip to Albania.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smile Advisor Albania is not liable for any clinical outcomes, complications, delays or losses arising from treatment provided by the partner clinic or third-party travel providers. Our liability is limited to the advisory and coordination services we directly provide.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by Smile Advisor Albania or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute content without our prior written permission.

9. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Tirana, Albania.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
